摘要
讨论了一种基于Philips公司的NexperiaPNX1 30 0多媒体处理DSP进行MPEG - 4实时视频编解码的实现方案 ,并以此为基础构建了一个基于网络通信的远程视频监控系统 ,讨论了该系统各部分的工作原理、实现方法以及软件的设计与优化。
The MPEG-4 real-time software code designing based on Philips Nexperia PNX1300 was discussed in this paper. And a remote video monitoring system based on network communication was constructed. The detail of the system realization and the software optimization were also introduced here.
