摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建(3D-CT)在颅骨凹陷性骨折诊疗中的应用价值。方法对30例初诊颅骨凹陷性骨折患者进行病变区域3D-CT扫描,根据检查结果提供治疗方案。结果30例患者均得到确切的诊断并施行了手术治疗。所有病例近期效果满意,其中15例颅骨整复外观恢复良好。结论3D-CT图像可以立体、直观、清晰、多角度地显示颅骨解剖结构以及骨折分型,减少开颅的盲目性,提高了手术的安全性。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of 3D-CT in diagnosis and treatment of depressed skull fracture. Methods 30 patients early diagnosed as depressed skull fracture were given 3D-CT scanning. The examination results guided therapeutic scheme. Results All the 30 patients can get confirmed diagnosis and undergo surgery treatment. The short-term efficacy is satisfactory in all patients, 15 of them have a better outward appearance of skull reconstruction. Conclusion 3D-CT images can show an audio-visual, clear and multi-angle skull anatomical structure and fracture typing, which minimize the blindness of craniotomy and improve the safety of the surgery.
