摘要
目的 采用水解法 ,在碱性条件下制备出具有超顺磁性的Fe3O4 纳米粒子。方法 在N2 保护和剧烈搅拌等条件下 ,将Fe3+ 和Fe2 + 混合液滴入氨水溶液中。结果 所制得的Fe3O4 纳米粒子 ,平均粒径为 2 5nm ,具有超顺磁性。结论 用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)及X 射线粉末衍射法对所制得的Fe3O4 纳米粒子进行了表征 ,本法可用于Fe3O4 纳米粒子的制备。
Objective To synthesize the super paramagnetic Fe 3O 4 nanoparticles by hydrolyzing in alkalescence solution.Methods Fe 3+ and Fe 2+ mixed solution were mixed with NH 4OH solution by churning and using N 2.Results The synthesized Fe 3O 4 nanoparticles had super paramagnetism,its average diameter was 25nm.Conclusion The characterization of ultrafine Fe 3O 4 nanoparticles is determind by Scanning Electron Micrograph and X-ray Diffration.The method can be used to synthesize the Fe 3O 4 nanoparticle.
