Scientific achievements of the universities were the results of their teaching and scientific researches for several years. This paper introduces how to use database and network technology to achieve the modernization of information system management of the universities′ scientific achievement based on digital campus, to improve the level of scientific research managements in universities, and to provide better services for universities in the area of scientific innovation.
