摘要
针对目前根据工程经验来设计缓冲电路所存在的问题,提出了一种缓冲电路的多目标设计方法。该方法在分析关断尖峰电压产生的原因和缓冲电路工作原理的基础上,考虑了市场上可选取的快速二极管的容量限制等因素,以缓冲电路的成本和抑制关断尖峰能力作为目标,利用模糊寻优算法对缓冲电路进行了优化设计。最后,在大功率混合有源滤波系统中,采用该文方法对逆变器的缓冲电路参数进行了设计。实践表明,设计出的缓冲电路具有良好的综合性能。
Conventional approaches for snubber circuit design only follow the experiences and simple criterions. This paper proposed a multi-objective optimal strategy based on fuzzy optimizing and the corresponding algorithm to improve circuit design performance. It takes the original cost and the ability of constrain switching spike voltage as two objectives, considering the capacity limit of fast recover diode that can be obtained in market. A designing instantiation of snubber circuit in the voltage source inverter of high power hybrid active power filter shows the superiority and feasibility of the novel strategy.
