摘要 用热压法制备了聚苯硫醚 (PPS)摩擦材料 ,研究了其在干摩擦条件下的常温和高温摩擦学性能与力学性能 ,用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)对摩擦表面形貌和磨屑进行了观察和分析。结果表明 ,在 30 0℃以上时随热压温度的升高可成型出具有线形、支链及交联结构为主的 3种PPS材料 ,聚合物线形结构的改变有利于提高材料的耐磨性能 ,其中 370℃成型的材料表现出一定的自增强特性且有最佳的摩擦学性能 ;PPS的磨损以热挤出和粘着转移磨损形式为主 ,聚合物材料在摩擦过程中形成结合牢固。 The polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) specimens were prepared by thermocompression molding. The tribological behaviors and mechanical properties at room and high temperatures under dry friction were studied. The worn surface and wear debris were observed on a scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the lined, branched and crosslinked PPS could be obtained with the thermocompression temperature increasing which was over 300℃. The branched and crosslinked morphologies contributed to the tribological behaviors. Those molded at 370℃ exhibited self-enhancement and best tribological properties. The wear mechanism of PPS was mainly in forms of thermal extrusion and adhension transfer. The tribological properties also depended on the firmly bonded, thin and uniform transfer film.
