人乳头瘤病毒DNA载量与尖锐湿疣复发的相关性 被引量:3

Correlation between DNA Load of Human Papillomavirus and Recurrence of Condyloma Acuminata

摘要 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)DNA载量与尖锐湿疣(CA)复发的关系.方法采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,对31例初发性和32例复发性CA患者的疣体组织进行HPV6/11和HPV16/18 DNA的定量检测.结果 63例CA中,62例HPV6/11DNA阳性,阳性率98.4%.初发性CA HPV 6/11DNA载量为1.4×103~6.7×107copies/ml,平均(8.4×106±1.7×107)copies/nl;复发性CA HPV 6/11DNA载量为1.2×104~3.6×108copies/ml,平均(2.9×107±6.7×107)copies/ml.在62例HPV6/11阳性中,有7例HPV16/18 DNA同时阳性,占11.3%,其中初发性CA 2例,复发性CA 5例,初发性CA HPV 16/18 DNA载量为1.9×103~1.6×104copies/ml,平均(8.7×103±9.6×103)copies/ml,复发性CA HPV 16/18 DNA载量为1.4×105~1.7×107copies/ml,平均(5.7×106±7.1×106)copies/ml.复发性CA的HPV6/11和HPV16/18 DNA载量高于初发性CA,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05).HPV6/11 DNA的载量随着复发次数以及病程的增加而升高,呈正相关,相关系数r分别为0.37和0.30.结论 HPV DNA病毒载量与CA复发之间存在着一定的相关性. Objective To determine the correlation between DNA load of human papillomavirus?(HPV?)and recurrence of condyloma acuminata?(CA?). Methods The HPV6/11 and HPV16/18 DNA load of 31 cases of primary CA and 32 cases of recurrent CA were detected by real-time fluorogenic quantitative PCR. Results Among the 63 CA patients? 62 cases were HPV6/11 DNA positive. The positive rate was 98.4%. The ranges of HPV6/11 DNA load in primary and recurrent CA were 1.4×103-6.7×107 copies/ml and 1.2×104-3.6×108 copies/ml respectively. Of 62 cases with HPV6/11 DNA positive? 7 cases were HPV16/18 DNA positive?(11.3%?). The ranges of HPV16/18 DNA load in primary and recurrent CA were 1.9×103-1.6×104 copies/ml and 1.4×105-1.7×107 copies/ml respectively. The HPV6/11 and HPV16/18 DNA load in recurrent CA were higher than in primary CA?(P < 0.05?). The DNA load of HPV6/11 was positively correlated with times of recurrence and course of disease?(r =0.37 and 0.30 respectively?). Conclusion Certain correlation exists between DNA load of HPV and recurrence of CA.
