POE研究的国际趋势与引入中国的现实思考

This paper makes an introduction to recent in-ternational trend of POE, and explores the influence of theintroduction of POE into China on the development of domes-tic architectural design, the governmental scientific adminis-tration and academic researches. It brings forward the feasi-bility and realistic countermeasures against the implementa-tion of POE in China.
