Relationship between gastroparesis and gastrointestinal hormones in type 2 diabetics

61例2型糖尿病患者中固体胃半排空延迟的发生率为57.4%,相关分析显示固体胃排空时间与空腹血糖、HbA1c及空腹胃动素存在正相关,提示糖尿病胃轻瘫与高血糖、高HbA1c和高血浆胃动素水平存在正相关。

57.4% of 61 type 2 diabetic patients were found to have delayed gastric emptying of solids. The half time of gastric emptying was related to fasting plasma glucose, HbA_(1c) and plasma motilin. This finding suggests that diabetic gastroparesis is very common and associated with hyperglycemia, high HbA_(1c) and hypermotilinemia.
