摘要 针对厚型钢结构防火涂料的热工参数确定问题和膨胀型钢结构防火涂料隔热性能无合适方法评价的现状,提出了根据耐火试验检测测定构件升温过程确定防火涂料等效热传导系数的方法。并分别利用厚型防火涂料和膨胀型防火涂料的检测结果进行试算,取得了较满意的结果。该方法还解决了有膨胀型防火涂料保护层钢构件的温度计算问题,为该类钢构件的抗火计算奠定了基础,并对防火抗火性能试验检测的内容及应提交的结果提出了建议。 An general review is presented on the evaluation method for the performance of fire insulation of steel members.Some problems of the present method are pointed out.An approach is proposed to determine the equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient of fire insulation according to temperature of steel member obtained by standard fire test.The proposed approach makes it possible to evaluate the performance of intumescent insulation and calculate the temperature of steel member protected by intumescent insulation subjected to fire. Adopting the proposed method, the equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient of several fire insulation products are obtained from the data of standard fire resistant tests.In conclusion, some advices are raised on data recording and report issue of standard fire resistant tests on fire insulation.
