摘要
本文以 CMC 溶液模拟微生物培养液的流变行为,在直径为0.188m,高分别为1m,2m 的两个反应器中测定各分区的气含率和液体循环速度,研究了它们与空塔气速、面积比、表观粘度以及塔高的关系.从实验数据得到了各区气含率及液体循环速度的关联式.
The rheologic behavior of fermentative broth were simulasted.The relation of gas hold-up in different flow zones(the riser,downcomer and gas-liquid separator)and liquid circulating velocity to superficial gas velocity,area ratio,superficial viscosity and column height was investigated.From the experimental data,the following correlations are obtained for gas hold-up: Riser:ε_(g(r))=0.5757(1+A_d/A_r)^(0.192)u_g^(0.76)μ_(app)^(-0.012)(H_L/D_c)^(0.02) Downcomer:ε_(g(d))=A+Bε_(g(r)) with A=1.02(1+A_d/A_r)^(0.995)n^(-0.0011)(H_L/D_c)^(-0.003)-(1+A_d/A_r) B=1.55(1+A_d/A_r)^(0.652)n^(-0..71)(H_L/D_c)^(0.06)-(1+A_d/A_r) Separator:ε_(g(f))=0.267(A_d/A_r)^(0.321)u_g^(0.451)μ_(app)^(0.249)(H_L/D_c)^(0.105) and for liquid circulating velocity: U_(L(r))=0.5914(A_d/A_r)^(1.025)u_g^(0.478)μ_(app)^(-0.249)(H_L/D_c)^(0.105)
