摘要
本文研究了在稀硫酸介质中,NO_2^-催化KBrO_3氧化溴邻苯三酚红褪色,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量NO_2^-的新方法.方法的线性范围为0-9μg/25ml,检测限为8.0×10^(-10)g/ml.用于水样中痕量NO_2^-的测定,结果满意.
A new catalytic-kinetic spectrophotometric method for determining trace nitrite has been studied. It is based on the oxidation of bromopyrogallor red by potassium bromate using nitrite in the sulotion of diluted sulfuracid. In this method ,the linear range is 0-9μg/25ml for nitrite, and the limit of detection is 8.0×10^(10)g/ml. The method has been applied to determine trace nitrite in waste water. The results are satisfactory.
