摘要
目的研究甘草总黄酮对大鼠肠缺血再灌注损害的保护作用。方法采用线栓法建立大鼠肠系膜上动脉缺血再灌注模型 ,并用 3种不同剂量的甘草总黄酮灌服后 ,测定缺血 2h再灌 2 4h血清和肠组织中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的含量或活性。结果甘草总黄酮能明显降低血清和肠组织中的MDA、NO含量 ,提高体内SOD的活性。结论甘草总黄酮有抗氧化作用。
Objective To study protective effect of flavononids from glycyrrhiza( FG )on intestinal ischemia-reperfusion.Methods The treatment groups were given three different dose FG before intestinal ischemia,the changes of malonaldehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in serum and intestine after intestinal ischemia 2h reperfusion 24h were detemined.Results FG could lower the level of MDA and NO in serum and intestine, improve the activity of SOD. Conclusion FG has protective effect on intestinal ischemia-reperfusion in rats, and its treatment mechanism may come from its effectively scavenging free radicals.
