摘要
用数值方法模拟了水煤浆气化过程中氧煤比对气化过程和出口煤气成分以及碳转化率的影响规律.总结了在具有复杂化学反应的高温、高压容器中,对水煤浆气化过程的数值模拟时经常遇到的问题和解决方法.得到了气化炉内的温度场、流场、浓度场以及出口粗煤气成分,其结果与工程实际相比非常接近;并利用得到的结果分析了影响水煤浆气化过程和出口煤气成分的主要因素即氧煤比,提出了提高出口煤气有效成分(CO+H2)的措施.
Numerical method was used to simulate effect of oxygen-coal mole ratio on gasification process and coal gas component on outlet and carbon transform ratio in CWS(coal-water-slurry) gasification process, summarized any question and resolving which often meet when simulation CWS gasification process in the case of high temperature and high pressure with complex chemical reaction. Obtained temperature field and velocity field and concentration field in the gasification furnace, in addition achieved coal gas component on outlet. These results very close to engineering fact, then analyzed mostly factors: oxygen-coal mole ratio which affect CWS gasification process and coal gas component on outlet, also advanced any measures to increase coal gas effective component(CO+H_(2)) on outlet.
