Experimental study on the Tannin’s effect in reducing blood lipid in animals

目的 以高脂血症模型大鼠研究鞣质降血脂的作用。 方法 以 5 6 4、2 8 2、14 1mg/kg BW剂量的鞣质连续给大鼠灌胃 3 5d ,并于第 15d及第 3 6d采血测定TC、TG及HDL -C含量。 结果 鞣质能明显降低大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)和升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)含量。 结论 鞣质具有显著的降血脂功效。

Objective To study the Tannin's effects of reducing blood’s lipid by high-lipid model rats. Methods The experimented rats were continually given the tested sample for 35 days, with Tannin’s dose of 56.4,28.2,14.1mg/kgBW separately. The content of TC,TG and HDL-C of rats' blood were examined on 15th and 36th day. Results The TC, TG contents of rats given tested sample were markedly less than those of model group. Conclusion The Tannin is markedly effective in reducing blood lipids in rats.
