摘要
将纳米氢氧化镁浸润甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)作为填料,共混入由含溴阻燃聚醚多元醇(HIROL)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)制得的阻燃聚氨酯预聚物(FPUR)中,制成高阻燃聚氨酯弹性体(HF PUR)。研究了填料对FPUR阻燃性能、烟雾密度和力学性能的影响,并通过SEM分析观察了HFPUR的微观形态。实验结果说明:纳米氢氧化镁经浸润DMMP后,改善了其在PU原液中的分散性,12份纳米氢氧化镁和6份DMMP复合FPUR所制成的HFPUR的极限氧指数(LOI)为43,拉伸强度提高75%,烟雾密度降低77%,弹性基本保持。
The high flame retardant polyurethane(HFPUR) elastomer was prepared by high reactive flame retardant polyether polyol(HIROL) and toluene diisocyanate,which was compounded with nano-Mg(OH)_2/dimethyl methyl phosphite(DMMP).The effects of nano-Mg(OH)_2/DMMP on the mechanical properties and combustion behavior of HFPUR were investigated .The experimental results indicated that HFPUR limited oxygen index is 43,tensile strength increases 75%,smoke suppression decreases 77%,When the content of nano-Mg(OH)_2 is 12% and DMMP is 6%.
