针尖斜面不同朝向穿刺影响胶塞碎屑形成的实验观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察针尖斜面不同朝向穿刺常用药物密封瓶是否有胶塞碎屑的形成 ,以寻找减少胶塞碎屑形成的实用方法。方法 取两批号青霉素密封瓶各 5 92瓶 ,分别用左向法、右向法、上向法及下向法各穿刺 14 8瓶次 ,观察各朝向穿刺胶塞碎屑的形成 ,将其结果以及两批号 4种方法穿刺胶塞碎屑形成的构成比进行统计学处理。结果 各批号 4种朝向穿刺胶塞均以左向法穿刺胶塞碎屑形成率最低。两种批号中批号 1胶塞碎屑形成率大于批号 2。结论 相同条件下 4种穿刺方法胶塞碎屑的形成机率均以左向法最低 。 Objective To observe the influence of pinpoint inclined plane different orientation puncture on glue tampon debris forming, In order to look for and reduce Glue tampon debris forming. Methods Choosing two lots penicillin sealed bottles, each has 592 bottles, separately puncture 148 with left orientation, right orientation, up orientation and down orientation, Observe glue forming in every orientation puncture, The composition rates of two lots and four orientations pieces forming were statistically analyzed. Results In two lots and 4 orientations punctures, glue tampon debris forming rate of left orientation was the lowest one. In two lots penicillin sealed bottles, the forming rate of number one lot was higher than that of number two lot. Conclusions 4 puncture methods, the probability of glue tampon debris forming left puncture is the lowest.
