武器系统效能评估是武器系统寿命周期管理的重要活动.为了探讨高技术武器装备系统的效能评估,建立了集武器系统效能的度量、系统建模方法和效能评估方法于一体的武器系统效能评估三维结构;讨论了武器系统效能评估的各种方法.最后,基于效能概念、系统建模和效能评估方法等,提出了武器系统效能评估的几种创新模式,对提高武器系统效能评估的实用性具有一定的指导意义.

The effectiveness evaluation of weapon system is an important work during weapon system life cycle management. In the paper, for the purpose of discussing hi-tech weapon system effectiveness, the 3-dimension includes effectiveness and modeling and method is built, and the methods for weapon system effectiveness evaluation are summarized. In the end, on the basis of effectiveness concept, system modeling and effectiveness evaluation method, the paper puts forward some innovation model for weapon system effectiveness evaluation. It is useful to put those innovation model into practice of weapon system effectiveness evaluation.
