摘要
对食用仙人掌中的功能成分黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明 ,以乙醇为溶剂提取食用仙人掌中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件为 :乙醇体积分数为 80 % ,料液比1 g :2 5mL ,60℃温度条件下浸提 5h(其中前 3h温度 45℃为酶最佳作用温度 )
The extraction of the flavonoid from the edible cactus was studied.The result showed that using alcohol as the solvent,with the orthogonal experiment,the optimum extracting condition was, 1∶25 for ratio of solid to liquid, alcohol volume of 80%,temperature of 60℃ and water immersing extraction of 5h (During the first three hours,the temperature was kept at 45℃ for the best effect of the enzyme affection).
