Determination of minimum relative reduction in hot rollingcompounding of stainless and carbon steel plates

本文应用MARC有限元软件对不锈钢/碳钢复合板的对称热轧复合过程进行了模拟,在此基础上分析得出了最重要的轧制工艺参数,即不锈钢/碳钢复合板对称热轧复合所需的最小相对压下量,这与在某钢厂所作的生产性试验是一致的。

In this paper,hot rolling compounding process of stainless/carbon steel plates have been simulated by Marc software.On the simulated base the most important technology parameter,namely the minimum relative reduction that required for perfect compounding has been found.This result is in good agreement with the experimental results in a hot sheet rolling plant.
