摘要
用Al-8.5%RE中间合金和氯化稀土分别对ZL102合金直接进行变质处理,结果表明氯化稀土的变质效果和抗变质衰退能力均优于中间合金,稀土元素在两种变质剂处理后的合金液中存在形态不同。分析指出,不论使用何种稀土变质利。
Modifying directly ZL102 alloy with Al-8.5%RE master alloy and RECl, the author found that the modification effect and the inverse fading ability of RECl is better than those of the master alloy. The existing form of the mischmetal in the Al-Si alloy liquid modified by RECl is different from the form modified by the master alloy. For the full modified structure, it is essontial the mischmetal atom concentration at the silicon growth interface must be higher than the critical concentration.
