摘要 初级电力市场中,将发电公司的一定比例的月度预上网电量进行竞价交易,从而使竞价成功的发电公司得到了部分竞价电量。竞价电量反映在日计划中即为竞价电量约束它的存在使日计划编制变得更加复杂。如何处理竞价电量约束直接影响着日发电计划的合理性和经济性,而且有效的竞价电量约束处理方法可以大幅度提高日计划编制的计算速度。作者给出了一种快速、有效地处理竞价电量约束的日计划编制的理论和方法,并通过实例验证了理论的正确性、处理方法的实用性。 In primary electricity market a certain proportion of monthly generated electricity quantities of generation companies are allocated to bidding transaction, thus, the generation companies which succeed in generation bidding can obtain a portion of bidding electricity quantity. In daily power generation schedule the bidding electricity quantity is the very bidding electricity quantity constraint and its existence makes the drawing up of daily power generation scheduling more complicated. The rationality and economy of daily power generation scheduling are directly influenced by the processing way of bidding electricity quantity constraint, and effective processing way of bidding electricity quantity constraint can considerably improve the calculation speed of drawing up the daily scheduling. A kind of theory and corresponding method of drawing up daily scheduling, which can fast and effectively process the bidding electricity quantity constraint, are given, the correctness of this theory and the effectiveness of this method are verified by actual examples.
