烧伤科护士疼痛认知状况调查

Knowledge of pain:a survey of nurses working in burn department

目的 了解烧伤科护士对疼痛相关知识的掌握状况和在临床中的实践能力 ,为提高疼痛控制水平提供参考。方法 对 15所医院 2 5 3名烧伤科护士进行问卷调查 ,用SPSS 11.0软件包进行统计处理。结果 学历与职称是疼痛知识得分的主要影响因素 ;对疼痛的评估和疼痛控制方面的知识掌握较好 ,而对药物的作用、药物成瘾性和护理干预方面的知识掌握较差。结论 烧伤科护士疼痛知识欠缺 ,建议从在校护士教育抓起 ,将疼痛知识的课程纳入护理学课程体系 ,同时面向在职护士 ,为临床护士提供多种形式的有针对性的疼痛知识继续教育 。

Objective To investigate the situation of nurses' knowledge of pain.Method A questionnaire was conducted among 253 nurses from the burn departments of 15 hospitals using SPSS 11.0 for statistical analysis.Results Factors influencing knowledge acquisition included education background and position. Those who had high scores of knowledge about evaluation and pain control method usually had low score of knowledge about side effect of pain,medication addiction and pain intervenation.Conclusion Nurses should raise their overall level of pain knowledge,more information about how to manage pain needs to be provided in nursing curricula and provided clinic nurses continued nursing education. Nurses should make active participation in pain management.
