摘要
目的 研究龙眼参中黄酮类成分的最佳提取条件。方法 采用正交试验法 ,以温度、乙醇浓度、提取时间及提取次数为因素 ,每个因素选取 4个水平。结果 提取温度对黄酮类成分的含量影响最为显著 ,其余因素次之。结论 最佳工艺为 :A4 B2 C4 D3,即以 90 %乙醇为溶剂 85°C提取 2次 ,每次 2h。
Objective To optimize the best conditions of extracting flavonoids from longyanshen.Methods Orthogonal test design was used,the temperature,concentration of alcohol,extraction time,and extraction times were four factors in the experiment,and each factor was at four levels.Results The extraction time had significant influence on the content of flavonoids,and other factors had less effects.Conclusion The best extraction process is A 4B 2C 4D 3.
