摘要
主要对苹果分拣技术进行了比较深入的研究 ,给出了苹果分拣系统的结构。应用数字图像处理技术得到该分拣系统的三个输入参数 ,即大小、形状和成熟度 ;应用模糊控制理论 ,构造了用于判断等级分类的隶属函数 ,从而实现了苹果的等级分类 :分别标为A、B、C三类。实验结果表明 :该方法能有效地区分苹果的好坏 。
Apple selection technology was studied,and the structure of the apple selection system was presented.Imaging processing technology was used to obtain the apple’s size,shape,and maturity,which are considered as three input parameters in this system.The theory of fuzzy control was used and the membership function was built to rate the grade of apples,which is fell into three grades:A,B,C.The experiment results show that this method has the ability to distinguish the apple’s quality and to reach our scheduled aim.The results was acceptable.
