摘要
目的:对香河,金如,星月,双盛4种国产聚氨酯泡沫敷料进行细胞相容性研究,探讨其作为医用植入材料的安全性。方法:参照ISO对医用植入材料的评价标准和所推荐的生物学试验,采用L929小鼠成纤维细胞,经该4种材料的高温浸提液与L929细胞接触,运用四唑盐比色法(MTTassay)测定其1,3,5dL929细胞的相对增殖率及其毒性程度。结果:该4种材料在高温下物理、化学性质稳定,生物相容性材料细胞毒性程度0级。结论:该4种材料细胞相容性好。
AIM:To evaluate the cytocompatibility of four kinds of urethane foam dressings made in China(brand:xianghe, jinru,xingyue and shangsheng),and investigate the reliability of them used as medical implant materials. METHODS:According to ISO evaluation standards on medical implant materials and test of biological,L929 fibroblasts of mice were cultured with the extraction acquired from four kinds of materials under different conditions to measure the relative growth rate and the level of toxicity on 1,3,and 5 days by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay. RESULTS:The physical and chemical properties of four kinds of urethane foam dressings made in China were stable at high temperature,and the toxic levels of biocompatibility materials were 0 rank. CONCLUSION:The four kinds of urethane foam dressings made in China have good cytocompatibilities.
