摘要
通过对输电线路合成绝缘子端部金具腐蚀产物的分析,结合实验室模拟盐雾正交实验,考察了侵蚀离子对金具腐蚀的影响。采用电化学方法研究了镀锌金具的腐蚀过程。结果表明Cl-对金具的腐蚀影响最大;镀锌层在腐蚀初期失重速度基本恒定。锌的腐蚀产物对其腐蚀反应的阴极过程有一定抑制作用。
The corrosion products of end-fitted metallic hardware of composite insulators in power transmission line were determined through solution analysis. The influence of Cl^-, CO^(2-)_3 and HSO^-_4 on corrosion behavior of galvanized steel sheet was examined through accelerated salt spray test. The involved corrosion process was studied through electrochemical measurements. It was shown that the Cl^- ion had more important effect on corrosion of galvanized hardware than other anions. The corrosion products of zinc suppressed the cathodic process of corrosion .
