管状骨骨折外固定支架治疗的并发症分析

Complications of single external fixation of long bone fractures and their prevention

目的 对外固定治疗四肢骨折出现的并发症进行分析 ,提出防治措施。方法 统计 1996～2 0 0 0年使用外固定治疗四肢骨折 98例 ,对其出现的 2 1例并发症进行统计、分类。结果 在 2 1例并发症中 ,关节功能障碍 7例 ,骨折成角移位 2例 ,骨折延迟愈合 2例 ,不愈合 1例 ,钉道感染、渗液 5例 ,固定钉松动 9例。结论 外固定治疗骨折出现的并发症主要与适应证选择、手术操作及术后管理相关。

Objective To analyze the various complications caused by fracture treatment with single external fixation apparatus(SEFA) and provide corresponding treatments.Methods 98 cases of limb fractures treated with SEFA were reviewed from 1996 to 2000.Results A total of 21 cases developed complications including 7 cases of joint malfunction,2 of fracture displacement,9 of delayed union,1 of nonunion,5 of effusion or infection of nail path and 9 of nail instability.Conclusion SEFA complications mainly relate to improper selection of cases,misplaying fixiation apparatus in operation and inadequate follow up.
