摘要
通过对综合电子调节器低压压气机导流叶片调节通道(即PHA通道)内部电路和控制规律的研究,以及低压压气机叶片角位移传感器(即α1角位移传感器)特性的外部测试,设计了模拟传感器的试验方案。该方案采用硬件电路对综合电子调节器输入传感器的信号进行调制,采用软件编程对模拟传感器进行调制。试验结果表明,模拟传感器可以完全替代真实传感器的功能,且满足一定的精度和可靠性要求,为综合电子调节器的离位检测及其数字化研究提供了新的思路。
A simulation sensor has been designed and tested in the study of Engine Electronic Controller (EEC) PHA passage circuit/regulation and the outer characteristic tests ofα1 angle displacement sensor. In the test, EEC input is modulated by hardware circuit, and the simulation sensor is controlled by software. Test results show that the simulation sensor will functionally replace the physical sensor with precision and reliability. It provides new methods for out-place check and digitalized measurement of EEC.
