摘要 卫星结构在吊装过程中极易受到冲击载荷的作用 ,产生板间错动 ,从而留下永久变形 ,影响其装配精度。采用基于预紧力、摩擦力和外载荷同时作用下的接触计算原理 ,有效地解决了板间连接刚度和临界错动载荷的计算问题 ,采用蜂窝夹层等效板原理成功组建了卫星结构的计算模型。通过一个实际卫星板间错动算例 。 Impulsive load during uplift of satellite structure can easily produce glide between plates, causing permanent distortion and affecting adversely assembly precision. In one actual case, glide made required assembly precision unattainable and caused malfunction of high-precision optical instruments. In China, there exist published papers^([3,4]) that are quite effective for calculating glide but we aim to go beyond them. Like references 3 and 4, our calculation is based on contact calculation theory but unlike them, in our calculation, we take into consideration simultaneously the effect of the friction force, the prestressing force and the external loads. In uplifting satellite structure, the case in which the uplifted structure is inclined is more critical than the case in which the structure is level. Our calculation method gives the critical gliding load and the magnitude of glide when the critical gliding load is exceeded. Our method was used on a numerical example and gave computed amounts of glide. The calculated results remain to be checked against results of experimental research that is being planned.
