摘要
目的:探讨骨生注射液对骨性关节炎的治疗作用。方法:用日本大耳白兔造成骨性关节炎模型并分组治疗,观察各组动物的组织学变化并将血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)作为观测指标。结果:光镜下显示模型组胫骨侧软骨坏死脱落,骨质裸露,SOD下降,MDA上升。经骨生注射液治疗,可见蓝绿色胶原保留达1/2以上,血中SOD明显升高,MDA下降。结论:骨生注射液能有效对抗关节炎软骨退变,增强机体清除自由基的能力,治疗骨性关节炎。
Objective: To explore the effect of 'Gusheng injection' (GSI) on the treatment of os-teoarthritic (OA). Methods:OA experimental models were made in Japanese white rabbits. The rabbits were devided into different groups for different treatment. Histological changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and MDA were observed. Results: In the model group, necrosis and exfoliation of tibial cartilage and exposed sub-chondral bone were observed with light microscope. SOD level decreased and MDA level increased in plasm. However,in the GSI group,more than 1/2 collagen were kept. SOD level obviously increased and MDA level decreased in plasm. Conclusion:GSI can prevent degeneration of articular cartilage, improve the ability to clear free radical. There is reasonable effect for the treatment of OA.
