非晶转变及其热力学

Amorphous Transition and Its Thermodynamics

摘要 通过引入多形性转变的概念,系统介绍了非晶转变的热力学基础和气态、液态、晶态非晶转变的热力学依据,得到了T_ο和T_μ线。详细研究了几种晶体失稳的判据,包括热无序等。最后指出了非晶转变热力学的发展方向。 Bases of amorphous transition thermodynamics are systematically introduced by inducing the concept of polymorphous transition. The thermodynamic possibility of amorphous transition from gas,liquid and crystal is discussed and T0 line are got. Some Instability Criterions ,e. g. ,thermal disorder instability .composition induced instability, shear instability. are studied. At last the developing direction of amorphous transition thermodynamics is pointed out.
