摘要
人力资源管理在企业信息化的变革中呈现怎样的特点,如何实施,重点在哪里,这些是备受企业关注的问题,也是许多企业在实施中没有解决好的问题。就以上关键问题作尝试性的研究,应分析人力资源管理在企业信息化冲击下的工作重点、工作的范畴与深度以及职能的转变,并对在信息化环境下人力资源管理的实施进行探讨。
The questions about the main characteristics, execution method and key point of human resource management (HRM) in the tidal wave of enterprise informationization are of great concern to enterprises. These problems are difficult for enterprises to solve in practice. This article makes a tentative research on the said problems. It analyzes the working emphasis, extent and depth of HRM under the impact of enterprise informationization reform. Furthermore, it explores the implementation of HRM under the informational environment.
