石斛合剂改善模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗的实验研究 被引量:14

摘要 观察石斛合剂对高脂高糖加 STZ大鼠胰岛素抵抗的治疗作用 ,结果显示石斛合剂可显著降低模型大鼠血糖、胰高血糖素 ;增加胰岛素、C肽的分泌 ,抑制胰岛素降解 ;提高胰岛素敏感指数 ,抑制游离脂肪酸的分泌 ,并能显著降低肥胖的糖尿病模型大鼠的肿瘤坏死因子 -α(P均 <0 .0 1 )。提示采用高脂高糖加低剂量 STZ注射的方法可制备出较为可靠的伴胰岛素抵抗的糖尿病模型大鼠 ;石斛合剂可通过多途径多环节减轻这种糖尿病模型大鼠的胰岛素抵抗 ;游离脂肪酸 (FFA)可作为评价胰岛素抵抗 (IR)的指标 。 To observe the influence of Dendrobium Compound(DC) on insulin resistance (IR) in high-fat-sugar diet+STZ model rats.It was showed that the DC group could significantly decrease the level of FPG(P<0.01) and glucagon(P<0.01),promote the secretion of insulin and CP,inhibit the decomposition of insulin,increase the index of insulin sensitivity(P<0.01) and inhibit the secretion of FFA in model rats.It could also decrease the level of TNF-α in obesity model rats (P<0.01),which indicate that the DM model rats induced by high-fat-sugar-diet+STZ(30 mg·kg -1 )are ideal DM models with hyperinsulinemia.The DC group can antagonize IR by multi-paths and multi-links, FFA can be regarded as the index to evaluate IR,while TNF-α has more close relation with obesity.
