摘要
深抽井减负泵是一种适合深抽井需要的新型井下工具 ,通过油套空间压力差的作用 ,使减负泵在上行过程中产生一个向上举升力 ,带动下部抽油杆柱上行 ,较之常规抽油过程 ,这额外的举升力起到降低抽油机载荷的作用。通过现场使用 ,减负泵可以降低最大载荷 30 %以上 ,在深抽工艺中具有广阔的使用前景。
The load-reducing pump is a new pattern of down-hole equipment for deep well. Through the differential pressure of casing-tubing annulus, the load-reducing pump produces a lift force upwards during the upstroke which drives the sucker rod moving upwards. The added lift force can reduce the pumping unit load as compared with common pumping action. Field application shows that the pump can reduce the maximum load 30% upwards, and it has better load reduction effect,and has good applied prospects in deep well.
