摘要
目的 :探讨大豆异黄酮对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法 :雄性SD大鼠喂饲高脂饲料 ,同时灌服药物 10周 ,禁食12h后断头取血检测血脂有关指标。结果 :大豆异黄酮组血浆TC、TG、LDL C水平均显著降低 ,HDL C水平均明显升高 ;血浆apo AⅠ、apo AⅠ /apo B水平均显著升高 ,apo B水平均明显降低。大豆异黄酮 +山楂组血浆TC、TG、LDL C水平均显著降低 ,HDL C水平均明显升高 ;血浆apo AⅠ、apo AⅠ /apo B水平均显著升高 ,apo B水平均明显降低。 结论
Objective: To investigate the effect of soybean isoflavone, isoflavone + Crataegus cuneata Sieb. et Zucc. Mixture on blood lipid in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods: Sixty Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups: nomal group (sham) ,model group(model), model + ISO group (ISO), model + ISO +Crataegus cuneata Sieb. et Zucc.group group (Cra+ISO), model +Ji Fei Luo Qi group (control) , in which the model rats were treated with high fat diet for 10 weeks, at the end of the experiment the blood sample was taken out after 24 hours fasting. Results: Compared with the model group, contents of TC,TG, LDL C and apo B in serum in ISO group and Cra+ISO group decreased remarkably, and the contents of HDL C,Apo AⅠ,apo AⅠ/apo B increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusions: soybean isoflavone, isoflavone + Crataegus cuneata Sieb. et Zucc. Mixture could adjust blood lipid in hyperlipidemia rats.
