作者总结1000例CT引导脑立体定向手术情况,认为该方法手术创伤小、并发症少、适应证广、效果确实.本文介绍了这种手术的操作要点和经验体会,并就手术指征和特点、如何防治并发症等有关问题进行了讨论.
One thousand cases of CT guided stereotactic operations were performed during last seven years. The authors summarized the operative results and considered that this method has wide range of indications, minimal injury, less complications and good results. The main points of the operation and the experience were discussed briefly. The characteristics, indications and complications of the operation were also discussed.
