摘要
研究了玻璃纤维 (GF)增强聚苯硫醚的双螺杆挤出及注塑成型工艺 ,探讨了螺杆剪切元件、注塑机料筒温度、试样热处理等加工工艺参数对复合材料性能的影响以及GF用量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明 :挤出机螺杆剪切块的数目决定了GF在基体中的尺寸和分散程度 ,当剪切块组数为 5时复合材料具有较好的综合力学性能和制品外观 ;注塑温度为 3 10℃时复合材料的综合力学性能更加优越 ;在实验条件下 ,成型后热处理反而使复合材料的力学性能略有下降 ;随GF用量的增加 。
The twin-screw extrusion and injection technologies of glass fiber reinforced poly(phenylene sulfide)(PPS)composites were studied. The effects of some processing parameters on material properties were discussed, such as screw shear elements, injection temperature and heat treatment. The relation between the content of fibre glass with the mechanical properties of the composite were studied primarily. The results showed the dimention and dispersion of glass fiber in matrix were depended on the number of the screw shear elements;when the number were 4, the composite had better overall mechanical properties and product appearance;and when the injection temperature was 310 ℃, the overall mechanical properties would be more better. Under experimental conditions the heat treatment after moulding would make the mechanical properties decrease a little;the mechanical properties would be improved with the increase of the content of the glass fiber, but the impact strength of the composite would decrease with the further increase of the content of the glass fiber.
