摘要
目的探讨小剂量甲泼尼龙对IVIG无反应型川畸病的疗效。方法对3例无反应型川畸病患儿在应用第2剂IVIG的同时,加用甲泼尼龙2～4mg/kg.d,连用3～5天。结果3例患者均在48h内退热、心脏损伤减轻。结论小剂量甲泼尼龙可有效治疗无反应型川畸病。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of low-dose methylprednisolone on intravenous immunoglobulin-unresponsive Kawasaki disease.Methods:3 unresposive patients were given the second dose IVIG and 2～4mg/kg.d,by intravenous for 3 to 5 days were added.Results:The fever abated within 48 hours in all of the 3 patients,and cardiac injuries lessened.Conclusion:Low-dose methylprednisolone therapy is effective for unresponsive Kawasaki disease.
