摘要
研究了以绯寒樱 (PrunuscampanulataMaxim .)的茎段作为外植体诱导丛生芽发生以及植株再生的培养程序 ,通过正交试验确定了适宜绯寒樱快繁育苗的培养条件 :(1)初代培养基为 1/ 2MS + 6 BA 0 .5mg/L +蔗糖 30 g/L ;(2 )丛生芽诱导培养基为LE + 6 BA 1.5~ 2 .0mg/L +KT 1.5mg/L +蔗糖 30g/L ;(3)生根培养基为 1/ 2MS +IBA 0 .5mg/L +蔗糖 15 g/L。
This paper mainly dealt with the study on shoot organog en esis culture in vitro and plantlet regeneration from sprout explants of Prunus campanulata Maxim.. The optimal culture conditions were established by orthog onal test as follows: (1) Initial medium: 1/2MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+30 g/L sucrose; (2) Clump bud induction medium: LE+6-BA 1.5~2.0 mg/L+KT 1.5 mg/L+30 g/L suc rose; (3) Rooting medium: 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+15 g/L sucrose.
