我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状分析

An analysis of the present condition of the Chinese competive sports reserve forces

采用文献资料、问卷调查、统计等方法 ,分析我国竞技体育后备人才培养的现状。学校体育得不到重视 ,造成高水平人才断层 ,训练成材率低。其原因是观念和机制。

By methods of documentation,questionnaire and statistics,this paper studied the present condition of the Chinese competitive sports reserve forces. Due to the fact that school sports is not stressed,high level sports talents are scarce and the rate of producing talents is low. The problems come from the concept,mechanism and management of sports.
