从中医理论角度探讨了补肾化毒法对系统性红斑狼疮的治疗机制 ,认为本病虽然病因多端 ,但无不责之于肾阴亏虚、风火寒湿血瘀等邪毒为其标象。由于邪毒肆虐 ,内陷伤正 ,而致病情缠绵。并对补肾化毒这一扶正祛邪。

To study the treating mechanism of SLE with the method from pathogenesis, etiology and other aspects. We think the etiology of SLE is complicated, but the most important is deficiency of kidney yin. The syndroms of wind, fire, cold wetness, blood stasis are the secondary signs. And the devolping of those always damage the healthy eneygy and lead to the lingering course. We also analyse the method that can supporting healthy eneygy to eliminate evils and can treat asthenia and sthenia disease with the same therapy.
