摘要
从目标管理的原理出发,结合高科技企业员工的特点以及人力资源管理现状,提出了基于MBO的高科技员工的绩效评价指标体系。
The effective check system of objective management is put forward based on the principle of objective management, considering the characteristics of employees in high-technology enterprises and the status quo of human resource management.
