摘要 描述了影响差分吸收光谱技术 (DOAS)精度的主要因素——吸收截面的测量原理以及自己设计的测量装置 ,并用此装置测量了 SO2 、NO2 和 O3的吸收截面。根据测量结果分析了应用 As the main factor affected the precision of the differential optical absorption spectrometry(DOAS),the absorption cross section and its measurement theory was analysed.A new measurement setup was brought forward,and throgh which the absorption cross sections of SO 2,NO 2 and O 3 were measured.At last according to the measurement result,the respective appropriate wavelength ranges of three gases measured by DOAS were analysed.
