综合治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎的康复效果分析及功能评价

Analysis and Functional Evaluation of Rehabilitative Effectiveness after Combined Treatment for Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

目的 :研究综合治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎的康复效果及作用机制。方法 :将 176例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为 2组 :对照组 82例 ,予电脑中频离子导入疗法 ;治疗组 84例 ,增加温热疗法、运动疗法 ,5个疗程后采用Lysholm膝关节评分量表进行疗效评价。结果 :对照组优 18例 ,良 18例 ,中 2 5例 ,差 2 5例 ;治疗组优2 8例 ,良 35例 ,中 15例 ,差 8例 ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论

Objective:To study the rehabilitative effectiveness and mechanism of combined treatment for knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods:176 cases of knee joint osteoarthritis were divided into two groups:control group and treatment group.82 cases in control group were treated with computerized medium frequency current therapy and iontherapy ;84 cases in treatment group were treated with the above methods and were added with combined treatment such as thermotherapy ,exercese therapy.After 5 courses,Lysholm knee joint score was used for medical evaluation.Results:In the control group,18 cases were excellent,18 good,25 moderate,25 poor.In the treatment group,25 excellent,35 good,45 moderate,8 poor.There were statistically significant differences for the effectiveness between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combined treatment is of greater rehabilitative value for knee joint osteoarthritis.
