摘要
采用文献资料法,对运动性疲劳恢复手段进行综述研究。结果表明:常规法、针炙法、中药法都是恢复运动性疲劳的有效手段。通过本文的阐述,以期对教学和训练发挥一定的参考作用。
This paper summarizes the means for fatigue recovery due to exercises. The results show routine treatment; means of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicament are all effective for fatigue recovery due to exercises. I hope this study will provide some reference for teaching and training.
