台湾自古以来就是中国领土的一部分,这已经是不争的事实。然而,陈水扁等"台独"势力却一意孤 行,一定要为台湾独立制造所谓的"事实证据",并不顾岛内大多数民众及国际社会大多数国家的反对,策动"3.20公投"。 今就"公投"与"民族自决"的关系及"公投"的惨败,驳"台独"谬论。

It is universally accepted by the international community that Taiwan has been a part of Chinese territory since ancient times. But Chen Shui - bian attempted to promote the so - called 'referendum'on March 20 in Taiwan for 'Taiwan independence'. In fact,the'referendum'is to separate China, and has been unaccepted by the international community and the most part of Taiwan Residents compatriots. And China will never allow anyone to separate Taiwan from the motherland by any means and will strive for peaceful reunification with the utmost sincerity and greatest efforts. This paper is aimed at refuting the absurd theory of 'Taiwan Independence'and'Referendum on March 20'.
