摘要
建立了螺旋槽气体密封 (S DGS)端面内的等温可压缩二维流气体雷诺方程 ,用有限元法计算了端面压力分布 ,将压力分布、密封开启力和气膜刚度的计算值与有关文献值进行了比较。分析了密封端面几何参数对密封性能的影响 ,各几何参数的推荐值可以确保密封在低泄漏量条件下的高刚度值 ,并据此提出了S DGS端面几何参数选择的一般原则 ,对密封结构优化设计具有一定指导意义。
The two-dimensional Reynolds equation was established for isothermal compressible gas between the two faces of a spiral groove dry gas face seal (S-DGS).Fluid film pressure distribution through the sealing face was calculated by finite element method,and the comparisons were made between the predictions of the fluid film pressure,the seal opening force and the axial stiffness and the published data.The effects of the face geometric parameters on the static behavior of a S-DGS were analyzed.The recommended geometric parameters presented can ensure large axial stiffness while still allowing for low seal leakage rates,on which the general principle for selecting geometric parameters of such a S-DGS was obtained.
