摘要
高等学校椎进国际化进程突现了双语教学的迫切性和现实性,也给双语教学提供了动力和有利条件。两者相互促进、共同发展。要积极利用国际化给双语教学带来的有利条件,同时,在制定和实施双语教学计划过程中应遵循明确目标、取长补短、循序渐进三大原则。
The pushing forward of globalization in Chinese higher institutions makes bilingual education urgent and real, providing both a driving force and facilitative conditions for its practice. After expounding on the implications of globalization for universities and colleges and analyzing the interrelationships between globalization and bilingual education, the present paper tries to arouse peoples awareness to raise the level of bilingual education by making the most of the favorable context brought about by globalization. At the same time three principles for planning and enforcing bilingual education are proposed. Finally, a case of bilingual education on an international marketing program is presented as an illustration of the author' s views.
