摘要
目的 :探讨补肾调经方对无排卵大鼠血浆丙二醛 (MDA )、血清总胆红素 (Tbil)、直接胆红素 (Dbil)、间接胆红素 (I bil)、总抗氧化能力 (T AOC)及卵巢雌激素水平的影响。方法 :采用雄激素诱导无排卵模型大鼠为研究对象 ,应用苯甲酸钠—咖啡因比色法、比色法、放免法测定大鼠血浆丙二醛 ,血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、总抗氧化能力和雌激素水平。结果 :无排卵大鼠血浆丙二醛含量显著高于正常大鼠 ,血清总胆红素、直接胆红素和总抗氧化能力明显低于正常组。补肾调经方能显著提高无排卵大鼠血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素及总抗氧化能力 ,降低丙二醛含量。结论 :氧化损伤可能影响无排卵的发生 ,补肾调经方具有提高无排卵大鼠血清总胆红素、直接、间接胆红素水平及总抗氧化能力 。
Objective: To investigate the plasm MDA, the serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin,indirect bilirubin and the total antioxide capacity in anovulative rats induced by testosterone treated with BSTJ. Methods: Blood samples were collected from the rats at the preoestrus. The concentration of the plasm MDA, the serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, the total antioxide capacity and estradiol were measured. Results: Compared to the normal rats, the level of MDA of model group were higher and the concentration of the serum the total antioxide capacity were lower(P<0.05). BSTJ markedly decreased the level of MDA, while increased the concentration of the serum Tbil, Dbil, Ibil and the total antioxide capacity. Conclusion: The injury of oxidation may influence the occur of the anovulatory diseases. BSTJ can regulate the function of the ovary via increasing the concentration of the serum Tbil, Dbil,Ibil, and the total antioxide capacity, while decreased the plasm MDA.
